Stakeholder Feedback Survey (SFS)
The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) invites parents and guardians of students in Prekindergarten through Grade 12 to participate in the Stakeholder Feedback Survey. This survey provides families the opportunity to share feedback on their child’s school and help guide improvements across DoDEA.
The survey is open January 29 through March 13, 2026, takes approximately 15–20 minutes to complete, and is voluntary and anonymous. Parents will receive survey access and reminders through their DoDEA Student Information System (DSIS) email address. Parents with more than one child enrolled in a DoDEA school may complete a separate survey for each student.
Your feedback is important and helps strengthen teaching, learning, and school experiences for DoDEA students worldwide. Please check your DSIS email and participate before the survey closes.
